AI + Institutional Memory

An events driven platform ingesting organizational knowledge for intelligent agentic outcomes.

See how it works

HOW ONBRAIN WORKS

Observe. Reason. Act.

onBrain continuously listens to activity across your organization—from Slack conversations and GitHub merges to Jira tickets—transforming those events into a living graph of your organization's knowledge, systems, decisions, and planning. Every event is reasoned over by agents to identify opportunities, follow-up actions, and the required coordination across teams.

01 · INGEST

Every signal, normalized.

Event hooks into workplace tools such as Slack, GitHub, Jira, and more feed into one ingestion pipeline. Messages, PRs, tickets, and employee changes arrive as normalized, disambiguated events with a consistent format. Identities of those involved are resolved across platforms.

02 · GRAPH + ANALYZERS

A bi-temporal graph of who does what.

OnBrain extracts meaningful labels, connections, and metadata from events which are written to a graph database. Dozens of analyzers sit on top of the graph to produce meaningful insights, hands free as events flow in.

03 · FINDINGS + ACTION

Take action.

As findings flow in, action proposals are made. Personalized configurations dictate whether issues require approval or can initiate auto-implementation of solutions to remediate problematic findings.

Approval requiredskill · route_jira_ticket

Route TASK-84 from Backlog to Ingest / P1 with owner @sam.

Where we're going

Six Month Roadmap

Everything below is roadmap, not shipped. If you'd like to influence what comes next, get in touch.

Expanded Sources

  • Documentation: Confluence and Notion.
  • Scheduling and Meeting: Google Meet, Outlook, Webex, Zoom.
  • Research context: arXiv, IEEE, etc.

Expertise Mapping

  • Surface the "who knows what" layer from PR review and Slack history.
  • Knowledge-at-risk analyzer — flag institutional knowledge concentrated in one person.
  • Auto-generate tailored onboarding reading lists for new hires.

Improved Automation

  • Wiring real-time research — use new research context as input flowing to the reasoning loop.
  • Notifications — DM owners of stalled tickets/PRs with approval gate before sending, ping graph-derived best reviewer.
  • Harden automated workflow for task completion.

Improved Customer Experience

  • Improve customer onboarding flow.
  • Improve deployment into customer environment.
  • Dashboard productionization: replace Streamlit with a proper web dashboard.

Managed Deployment

  • Hosted/cloud deployment option so design partners don't need to self-host.
  • Usage metering and billing primitives.
  • Tighten the approval/audit log UI so non-technical stakeholders can review actions.
  • Spin up remote compute for task completion.

The roadmap is shaped by the first three design partners.

OnBrain skills

Every skill your agents need.

OnBrain is the bi-temporal graph substrate every skill runs on top of. Ticket routing ships today; incident coordination, expertise discovery, and the long tail follow with each design partner.

Shipped — in productionapproval-gated

Ticket Routing

The first mutating skill under OnBrain's approval gate.

Proposes a routing decision for an inbound Jira ticket, waits for a human approve/deny on a single-use token, and only then writes back to Jira. Every mutation is gated, logged, and traceable to the reasoning that produced it.

GitHub Issue Implementation

Autonomously implements a GitHub issue end-to-end.

Reads the linked issue, retrieves relevant context from the knowledge graph, writes code, opens a pull request, and waits for human approval before any branch is pushed. Every step is logged and tied to the issue that triggered it.

Locate Existing Tools

Surfaces the right internal tool before anyone builds a duplicate.

Searches the knowledge graph for existing libraries, services, and utilities relevant to a query. Returns ranked results with owners and usage context so teams reuse what exists instead of rebuilding it.

Planning Review

Reviews plans against institutional context before work begins.

Reads proposals, OKRs, capacity planning, etc., cross-references them against prior decisions, known constraints, and related work in the graph, and surfaces conflicts or gaps — with an approval gate before any feedback is posted.

Find Subject Expert

Identifies who knows what from activity history across your org.

Derives expertise from PR reviews, Slack threads, and ticket history to surface the right person for a given topic. Returns a ranked list with evidence — no guessing, no org-chart assumptions.
